Hello everyone, I have the 700 watt eliminator fog machine and for some reason all of the sudden the heat exchanger will not heat! the pump works because it will shoot out the liquid fog but the exchanger will not heat, and I am sure that it is still good because i have a 400 watt one doing the exact same thing! .. ive tested the exchanger by itself without problems.. any help or suggestions?

This fogger should be under the manufacturer warranty, call eliminator, 1-323-948-0480 they should be happy to send you a new one. You will need a copy of your original sales invoice when you call.

Thanks for the response, I tried to contact them way back about it and thought I was going to get a new one.. but it never came.. I am trying again but this time to get info on where i can get parts(more specifically the Thermal fuse since I think this is all that went bad.)
